Our new office location is conveniently located on the Salem Township hospital campus.  Tasha Meyer is a certified nurse midwife who specializes in the care of women. Tasha was raised in Centralia and is happy to serve that community in our Salem office. She is currently accepting new patients.

Our Salem office is a convenient location for patients traveling from Centralia, Flora, Vandalia and Mt. Vernon.
